The 12-Week Pregnancy Circle is a series of weekly, 90-minute gatherings for expecting mothers, led by a trained Nurture Neuroscience Practitioner. Each session is carefully designed to support your wellbeing, deepen your bond with your baby, and prepare you with evidence-based tools for parenting from the very beginning.

Connection – A warm, welcoming community of other pregnant mothers who truly get what you're going through.
Emotional support – We hold space for the full range of your experience—joy, grief, anxiety, love, uncertainty.
Attunement – Gentle practices to support bonding and nervous system regulation—for both you and your growing baby.
Guidance – Led by Lara, a Child and Family Therapist with experience in infant mental health and maternal wellbeing. Lara offers group and personalized support and answers to all your questions about your pregnancy, your baby, and yourself.
Practices: Each session introduces a new topic grounded in science, along with a nurturing parenting practice you can start using right away.
