Perinatal Therapy, Early Childhood Therapy, Parent Coaching and Mother Circles, woven with Expressive Arts Therapy and Nurture Neuroscience® for the journey of the early years in Boulder, Co.

Your plan changes. Nurture is still yours.

Maybe the birth or parenting plan went sideways. Maybe birth became something you never expected, feeding is harder than anyone told you it would be, and sleep is the secret you keep. Or, maybe your child's big feelings leave you wondering if you are failing them.

Whether your little one is days old or eight and sorting out a hard day, nurture is still yours. It does not have to be perfect to build lifelong mental health and resilience. What matters is showing up, again and again, to be present and to repair.

good enough, over and over.

High nurture, high regulation. No shame.

Our approach…

We want the moms and dads we work with to feel balanced and regulated in their approach to parenting, and equipped with the real science of how nurture builds lifelong mental health for infants and young children. No guilt. No perfect way. Only your way, supported.

first stop…

In pregnancy

Prepare for parenthood and your mental health before baby arrives, so you can step into the fourth trimester feeling steadier and truly supported.

after your birth…

In postpartum

as they grow…

The early years

Through age eight, therapy that offers support for your child to process big emotions and adjustments, while fostering the parent and child connection, at the heart of it all.

here, we support parents to nurture without shame…

You were made for this.

We live in a culture that warns parents away from closeness, yet demands they nurture perfectly. It is a double bind: don't hold them too much, but never miss a moment.

The science says otherwise on both counts. Nurture is the biology you were born with, it builds mental health that lasts a lifetime, and your way of nurturing does not have to be perfect to build a resilient little one.

Whether they are newborn, newly toddling, or eight years old and sorting out a hard day at school, their growing brain is built through thousands of small, ordinary moments of connection: a gaze returned, a cry answered, a slow breath together, a big feeling met with understanding. That is not a technique to master. And when you feel steady, held, and supported, your calm becomes something your child can borrow.

Our work is helping parents find your way back to what is already yours. We help you settle your nervous system first, share the real science so you can trust your instincts over the culture's warnings, and practice repair and presence together, in sessions, in circles, and through art-making when words fall short. All without shame. You are not learning something foreign. You are remembering.

perfect parenting was never the standard. good enough always was…

how we can support you…

Perinatal Therapy

One-on-one trauma-informed support through pregnancy, postpartum and the transformation of becoming a mother. Through talk and expressive arts, we tend your nervous system, process your birth experience, and meet anxiety or depression with care, building a steadiness you can carry home to your little one.

Young Child-Parent Therapy

Expressive arts therapy for young children through age eight, and their parents, because little ones often speak in play and paint before words are present. And, parents are welcome to paint, too. Expressive arts runs through all of our work at every age. A nurturing space to process big emotions and adjustments while strengthening the connection between you two.

Mother Circles

Small welcoming gatherings where science meets the soul of motherhood. Learn, make and be truly held alongside other mamas, because the village was never optional. Little ones are always welcome.

I believe every parent arrives already carrying what their child needs most: themselves. My work weaves expressive arts, infant and childhood mental health, and the neuroscience of nurture into support that is warm, practical, and never about being perfect.

Whether we meet individually or in a circle of mamas, my hope is the same: that you leave feeling steadier, softer with yourself, and more connected to your little one.
