A Boulder practice for growing families
Where nurture feels natural.
Steady parents. Held mamas. Connected babies. Thriving children.
Perinatal Therapy, Early Childhood Therapy, Parent Coaching and Mother Circles, woven with Expressive Arts Therapy and Nurture Neuroscience®
We are welcoming new clients at this time.
Nurture is in your nature.
You do not need to become a different parent. The capacity to nurture is already wired into you.
When you feel steady, held, and supported, your calm becomes something your child can borrow. Whether they are newborn, newly toddling, or eight years old and sorting out a hard day at school, their growing brain is built through thousands of small, ordinary moments of connection: a gaze returned, a cry answered, a slow breath together, a big feeling met without turning away. That is not a technique to master. It is biology you were born with.
Our work together simply helps you clear the noise, tend your own nervous system, support your child and trust what has been in you, and in your family, all along.
You were made for this.
Our Services
Hi, I'm Lara
MA, ATR-BC, LPCC, IMH-E · board certified art therapist · infant & maternal mental health therapist · Nurture Neuroscience® trainee
I believe every parent arrives already carrying what their child needs most: themselves. My work weaves expressive arts, infant and childhood mental health, and the neuroscience of nurture into support that is warm, practical, and never about being perfect.
Whether we meet in the therapy room, in a circle of mamas, or out under the Colorado sky, my hope is the same: that you leave feeling steadier, softer with yourself, and more connected to your little one.
We’re so glad you are here.
