Neuroscience of Nurture: How Presence Shapes Connection

Your baby begins experiencing the world through you long before birth—and your relationship is already taking root. Join us for a FREE, gentle, interactive workshop exploring the meeting place of nurture, neuroscience, and yoga. Together, we'll explore how presence, breath, movement, and connection can support your baby's developing nervous system while also helping you feel more grounded and connected during pregnancy and the transition into parenthood. Through simple yogic practices and the science of nurture, you'll be invited to slow down, tune in, and discover how your presence itself can be a powerful form of care. Whether you're expecting your first baby or growing your family, you'll leave with practical tools, a deeper understanding of early connection, and an invitation to enter this new chapter with greater presence, trust, and compassion.

Frequently Asked Questions

“I’m so grateful I found the Nurture Neuroscience® Circles! Having a group of mamas to share my experience as a first time mom with was invaluable, knowing that they could relate to so much of my struggles and joys. Making art was also a really beautiful and inspiring aspect of the group, as I now have physical reminders of my intentions and tools for my motherhood journey.”
