Meet Your Facilitator
Lara K. Rutledge, ATR-BC, LPCC, IMH-E
Lara is a Board-Certified Art Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, and Infant Mental Health Associate dedicated to supporting parents and young children through creative, relationship-based care. Her work integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, expressive arts, and mindfulness to help families build secure, connected relationships from the very beginning.
This workshop is inspired by her training in Nurture Neuroscience with Dr Greer Kirshenbaum who authored The Nurture Revolution.

Yes! There is no cost to attend, but registration is required because seating is limited.

Expecting parents, including partners and support people, are welcome. Because this is a learning event, we request all children who attend be supervised by another caregiver in the Raising Parents play area.

Just bring yourself, as you are. You may like to bring a notebook to take notes. You can also bring a water bottle or light snack if you would like. Chairs, backpacks, yoga mat props provided for your seating comfort.
